Prices on the trek pages are starting rates in US dollars for a private group. A confirmed price depends on dates, group size, and which permits are available. Nothing is booked until we reply and you accept that quote.

This website does not take card payments. Camping and other permitted nights need notice, usually two weeks, because the Forest Department application has to go in first. If a permit is refused or a road is closed, we offer another date or another route.

You are responsible for personal travel insurance and for telling us about injuries or fitness limits before the day. Ridge walks can be changed on the morning if lightning, high water, or a closed road makes the published route unsafe.

Tell us as early as you can if you need to cancel. Permits already requested may not be refundable by the department. We will say what can be moved before you pay a deposit.
